This weekend we held our leadership retreat for categorical interns in Dana Point, CA.
Our sessions focused on professionalism and the transition to PGY2 year. We discussed feedback and conflict resolution, work-life balance, financial wellness, and life beyond residency!
We had a great time enjoying Dana Point and Doheny Beach, before a big meal together!
Looking forward to our retreat in 2022!
