We are thrilled to announce a significant development in our residency program! Our site has officially approved our new Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship, set to launch in July 2025. This fellowship represents a tremendous opportunity for our internal medicine residents and the broader community of the Inland Empire.
This fellowship will enhance our educational landscape by providing advanced training in critical care medicine, pulmonary diseases, and the intersection of both fields. Residents will benefit from collaborative learning opportunities and continued mentorship from seasoned faculty.
Riverside Community Hospital was identified by HealthGrades as one of the 100 Best Hospitals for Critical Care in 2024. It was also a Five–Star recipient for treatment of sepsis from 2022 to 2024, and a Five–Star recipient for treatment of respiratory failure from 2022 to 2024.
We look forward to the impact our new fellowship will have on our program and the exceptional care our residents will continue to provide to patients in the future.
