Sometimes, the best medicine is a break. After a busy few weeks, our program administrators at HCA Riverside came through with a much-needed ice cream social. It was a perfect way to take a quick breather and recharge.
It’s always great when the admin team gets involved, and this week they were the ones scooping. We got to see our program director and her wards team enjoying a well-deserved treat, a nice reminder that we’re all in this together.
These informal get-togethers are what make our program feel like a community, not just a workplace. Thanks to everyone who made it happen—it was exactly what we needed!
