Financial updates for 2024-2025
The Residency Advisory Committee composed of residents across all the GME programs at Riverside Community Hospital have been advocating for salary increases in the coming year. Updated salaries reflect an additional market-adjustment stipend of $10,000. Year Salary PGY1 $79,532 PGY2 $81,883 PGY3 $84,712 Updated for 2024-2025. Includes on-call meal stipend.

Advocating for physicians at ACP Leadership Day
Dr. Haseeb recently attended the American College of Physicians’ Leadership Day in Washington, DC. This annual two-day advocacy event brings together physicians from across the country to address policy priorities and influence legislative decisions on behalf of internal medicine. Intern Leadership Retreat 2022
This year we held our intern leadership retreat again in Dana Point, CA. Our sessions focused on professionalism and the transition to PGY2 year. We discussed feedback and conflict resolution, work-life balance, financial wellness, and life beyond residency! Events like this are supported by the Song Brown grant and CalMedForce.
