On September 26, team IMRiverside attended the ACP Southern California Regions 1 & 2 Annual Scientific Meeting at Hotel Fera in Orange, CA. The annual meeting brings together internal medicine residency programs, faculty, and trainees from across Southern California for clinical vignette presentations, academic competition, and regional recognition.

A special congratulations to Dr. Robert Albertian, who was awarded the 2026 Resident of the Year by the American College of Physicians Southern California Region II—a well-deserved honor highlighting his clinical excellence, leadership, and dedication to patient care.

Drs. Nhat Nguyen, Jerry Rose, and Jash Bajaj represented RCH in the annual Doctor’s Dilemma medical knowledge competition, showcasing strong knowledge, reasoning, and teamwork!

After a full day of presentations and academic competition, the team headed over to Downtown Disney to celebrate, unwind, and enjoy some time together outside the conference hall.
